Renew the Pews: A special thank you to all those who donated to our “Renew the Pews” fundraiser. We were able to raise $18,781.21! This is will ensure we are able to complete the project of reupholstering our pews. Thank you for helping make our church a more welcoming place!

Last Day of Sunday School: Our last day of Sunday school before our summer break will be May 3rd. We will also take an opportunity to recognize our teachers for their incredible work. Children are always welcome in worship, and the nursery will continue through the summer.

Youth Social at Church: Game & Movie Night: Students in grades 6–12 are invited Saturday, May 9, 6–10 PM. We’ll use the Library for movies and the Fellowship Hall for games, so students can relax, compete, or hang out with friends. Come for all or part of the evening, and feel free to bring friends. We’ll have pizza, soda, and popcorn. Please RSVP to youth@gracelutheran1.org with your student’s name and any guests so we can plan food.

Grace Lutheran Men's Group: Our next meeting will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026 right after the 9:30 church service. Our service project will be trash pick-up on the church grounds, and we will meet afterwards at the Richmond Cafe for a bite to eat. High School Youth Meet Wednesday Nights: Our New High School Youth Group is meeting from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday nights. All high schoolers are welcome! For more information, or to RSVP please contact youth@gracelutheran1.org

WELCA Meetings: WELCA meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 10:00am in Luther Hall.

Confirmation and Sunday School Continue: Confirmation and Sunday School are now meeting each week. Sunday school during our 9:30am worship service and confirmation Wednesdays at 5:30pm.

Music Ministry at Grace: We are seeking more folks to become involved with music at Grace. If you are interested in sharing your voice, instrumental ability or have no musical background but would like to learn how you might be involved, please contact Tara at jzzldy8@sbcglobal.net  There are opportunities to help lead the weekly hymns, sing with our choir, or help provide special music on holidays, as well as for Sunday services. All are welcome, ages 12 and up [younger considered], and no level of experience is required. And you need not make a long-term commitment.
